Self-Service: This program is designed for the company with extensive experience in e-Sourcing. This offering allows companies who have a large volume of events to get started very quickly with minimal investment. Companies ready to use this service can be running events within a matter of days. They will typically require software training from Moai both for their buyers as well as their suppliers. We offer a large array of event formats for such organizations.

Managed-Service: This program is designed for the company with limited experience with
e-Sourcing. This offering will help a company move forward on the road to independence in
e-Sourcing. This service offers support throughout the event life cycle depending on the type of assistance needed. We offer limited event formats to ease organizations into e-Sourcing. After a few events, such companies may move to the Self-service model.

Full-Service: This program is designed for the company just starting out in the world of
e-Sourcing. On an event-by-event basis this program offers full support of all aspects of selecting, creating and running an e-Sourcing event. This program can be used as a launching point to help a company move towards Managed-Service events and finally Self-Service events.
