Tool via an actual CompleteSource site, including
opportunities to act as bidders, to create offerings
and bidding parameters, and to create users, user
groups, and categories. |

Experience with basic browser interfaces,

including actions such as following links, entering

including navigation through the file system and
moving documents within the file system via Windows
